I think it is valuable as a quick reference. July 1, 2010, Austin Water Conservation greatly enhanced their rainwater harvesting rebate program. If you receive your water directly or indirectly from the City of Austin, do not purchase your new rainwater equipment until you have reviewed the new rebate requirements.
